• Golf course remodelling, redesign, and constriction of new holes

• Golf driving range and practice ground redesigns to provide state of the art commercially viable facilities. 

• Sports pitch improvements

The Aim is to safeguard the future commercial viability of the facility by improving the overall experience for existing users to enjoy, whilst also helping to attract new users.

How it works

• ​APC will work closely with the client to assess and understand the unique project requirements.

• We work with our specialist architects and design team to design your bespoke project. 

• We establish and present back to you the high-level project and its financial viability to get project sign off.

• We complete the whole planning process and gain authorisation. 

• We source the importation of clean verified inert subsoils for the facility improvements to generate the revenue to deliver the complete project.

• The provision of a turnkey solution for the client. 

• Improved facilities at no cost or risk to the owners.

The Commercial Concept

Whilst every project is different, the commercial concept is the same.

APC Land Solutions would conduct the initial assessment work and ensure it meets the viability criteria, which is to generate a fully self-funded or revenue generating project for our clients. 

If it meets the viability needs, we will then process the specialist surveys and planning application.

Being a self-funded project no payments are required from the client.
